Roswell

Roswell is built for active adults who want parks, trails, restaurants and a strong community center. Canton Street and the historic district offer one of metro Atlanta's most appealing suburban social scenes, while Wellstar North Fulton provides full hospital access. Fulton and city tax relief also strengthen the long-term affordability case. The drawback is transportation: outside the historic core, Roswell is highly car-dependent. It is an excellent choice for people who expect to keep driving, but less compelling for someone whose top priority is a future without a car.
